Welcome to my little corner of the internet. Whether you arrived here intentionally or by chance, I’m glad you’re here.
I’m Emily Foreman—writer, visual storyteller, and passionate communicator with a roots deep respect for nature and the power of the pen.
I grew up on a Brahman ranch outside of Houston, Texas, where the rhythms of rural life and the values of stewardship shaped me. My early love of reading and story creation eventually grew into a creative career focused on meaningful, story-driven communication, through copywriting, clean design, or evocative imagery.
With a degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M, I built a foundation in practical, impact-focused storytelling. I led editorial teams, crafted brand materials, proofed and polished content, and designed layouts that speak with clarity. My portfolio reflects a blend of creative versatility and mission-minded work; ideal for clients who value thoughtful execution as much as aesthetics.
In my recent years, I have been on an intentional journey toward sustainability. This awareness influences not only how I live, but also my creative process. I strive to develop projects from a place of significance, mindfulness, and conscious consumption.
Outside of work, you’ll find me somewhere quiet: deep in a fantasy novel, in the backcountry with a strong cup of tea, or painting something that will likely end up in the recycling bin. If using the MBTI to classify people is your thing, I am consistently an INFJ; reflective, quietly intense, and driven by a desire to do purposeful work.
Thank you for visiting. I hope you find something in this portfolio that sparks your interest. If you think we’d make a good creative match, I would love to hear from you.
Thanks and Gig’Em,
Emily Foreman ’17
